Picture perfect

East Orlando schools, local artists and organizations and community members gathered around Avalon Lake in downtown Avalon Park on Sept. 25 for the inaugural ArtWalk benefiting Just 1 Book, which promotes literacy in low income areas. This is the first time a public event was held to showcase student artwork in East Orlando.
