Get your animal spayed or neutered at the Orange County Animal Services mobile clinic at Bithlo Community Park, 18501 Washington Ave., Bithlo every Monday in February. Animals must be at the clinic at 7 a.m. and must be picked up at 2:30 p.m. Animals should not be fed after 11 a.m. the day before the proceedure.
The proceedures are at a discounted rate--$25 for dog spay, $15 for dog neuter, $20 for cat spay and $10 for cat neuter. Orange County residents who meet the 100 percent federal poverty level or receive Medicaid benefits can bring their animals for free. Only cash will be accepted.
